Creativity Coaching

What’s the thing you know you’re supposed to be doing more of?

Within this question lies our starting place.

Within this question we start to see your desires - the magnetic pulse of life in you that wants to leave a mark on the planet. It may be a of epic proportions… a business, a thriving acting career, or a global organization you want to build. Or it may be seem small on the surface… starting a travel blog, teaching a yoga class or or spending more quality time with your kids. Whatever that desire is, it points to a deeper and more difficult question: why haven’t you done it yet?

Getting clear about the life you want is
just the first step.

Creating that life takes clarity.

Creating that life takes a creative rhythm… the kind of momentum that moves you from feeling “stuck” to feeling “excited”. The kind of momentum that moves you from feeling “out of sorts” to “aligned”.

It’s that kind of creative rhythm that has allowed me to take massive action since I jumpstarted it in 2015. Since that time I’ve released 3 full length albums, 2 EPs, launched Guided Concerts Experiences, over 50 Mantrasongs and a Patreon community, songwriting retreat and more. I moved my family across the country twice, launched a recording studio, started a coaching practice, ran a successful $10k kickstarter campaign and have collaborated with songwriters all over the world writing songs and pitching for use in TV, film and advertising. Much of that time I worked a full-time job at the same time… and I feel like I’m just getting started!

How did it happen? Did I take a magic creativity pill?
Nope. I got help.

I’m living in creative rhythm today because of community, therapy and and coaching I received over the past 9 years.

And now it’s my turn to help you.

I want to help you do more of what you love. I want to help you get un-stuck. I want to help you stop living the same cycle regrets. I want to help make your 2024 a gigantic step forward from 2023.

Being a “Creativity Coach” is kinda new to me. But it’s not actually new. For 20 years I’ve been helping others overcome obstacles, navigate life transitions, and create the life they were designed for in various capacities. My coaching approach leans on my experience as a Singer/Songwriter, Creative Director and Spiritual Teacher. Together, we’ll work to build rhythms into your life that keep you in tune, in creative flow, and living a life more fully aligned with why you’re on this planet.

See that picture of me below?
That’s me living life I want.

In 2015, while enduring another brutal Midwest winter and feeling “stuck” in life, my therapist instructed me to journal about the dream of the life I wanted as if it already existed.

I wrote about living in a place that was warm year round, and near mountains and the ocean. I wrote about living in a neighborhood that was very walkable… somewhere where my wife and kids and I could walk to get groceries or a cup of coffee. I wrote about having a supportive community and talented collaborators around me. I wrote about having a flexible schedule, writing and playing music as my primary gig and getting to spend a ton of time outdoors.

Since writing that journal entry five years ago every single part of that journal entry has come into existence. I’m not bullshitting you. If we meet in person ask me to show you my journal entry from February 19, 2015. Did it occur overnight? No. Has it all been easy? Hell no. Would I do it all over again? YES, one-thousand times over!

I truly believe that we are at our best when we are living in creative rhythm… discovering and acting on the tasks we were put on this planet for. We become more open, generous, aligned, adventurous and whole.

If you’re ready to get clarity and create new rhythms for yourself that will move you into this new decade hit me up. Let’s talk.
